Refund policy
At Get The Healings Done and Soul Medikk, each product is cleansed, energized, and customized just for you. These are sacred, one-of-a-kind pieces, and as such, we do not accept any returns or refunds, except in cases of genuine damage during transit.
No Returns or Refunds
Please note:
- All purchases are final.
- We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preferences.
- Our products, especially crystals, talismans, oils, and salt powders, are personally energized for you and cannot be reused or resold.
Returns ONLY in the Case of Damage
If your order arrives damaged, we will assist you under the following conditions:
- You must record an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the sealed parcel, followed by the full opening and inspection of each item.
- The video must be continuous, unedited, and recorded from the moment you receive the sealed parcel until the items are fully shown.
- The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
- Send the video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to getthehealingsdone@gmail.com.
Once we verify the damage:
- If approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement.
- No replacements will be provided without proper video proof.
- Products sent back to us without our confirmation will not be accepted.
