Physical Products (Crystals, Talismans, Oils, Salt Powders, etc.)

• Each item is cleansed and energetically charged with your name and intent before shipping.
• Because of this sacred process, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch after placing your order.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• We ship across India and selected international regions.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.

Digital Products (Ebooks, Remedy Guides, PDFs)

• All digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment.
• Please check your inbox (and spam/promotions folder).
• If you don’t receive the file within 15 minutes, contact us at getthehealingsdone@gmail.com with your order ID.

Spiritual Services (Tarot Reading, Astrology, Numerology, Reiki, Candle Spells, etc.)

• When you book a spiritual session, you will choose your preferred date and time during checkout.
• The session will be conducted as per the schedule selected.
• You will receive further communication from our team before your session to confirm details and help you prepare.
• Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Additional Notes

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.
